On the day, the walrus was not very good. The ship was very much like riding a pirate ship and it seemed to be out of order when it was diverted past the island. However, it was very convenient for transportation to the hotel.

All went smoothly, the only small issues was that we were picked upf from our hotel too early and then had to wait at the pier for about an hour, but one can use the time there, e.g. for bodypainting :) - colours are provided for free .
the full moon party has become a well organised (commercial) event but there is nothing to complain.

Great on the outbound trip - the minibus picked us up from our hotel on time and took us to the pier. The boat left on time. The boat was comfortable and not too crowded. The way back was not good. There was a big queue at the pier and the boats were very full so we had to sit outside at the front of the boat without life jackets. When we arrived back at Koh Samui the minibus driver we were allocated was clearly drunk - flopped against the wall with red, unfocused eyes. We had to argue with the staff for several minutes before they finally agreed to give us an alternative driver. Shockingly we still saw the drunk man be allowed to drive other tourists
the ferry was nice and the description was very accurate! Especially when we headed back to samui, we didn’t have to wait in crazy long queue, instead, we passed through all the queue with our wristband(i guess the color means vip or something) which was amazing! I would recommend to everyone!
It is great to pick up and drop off at the hotel. On the return journey, the terminal has a special person to wait. It took ten minutes to get on the speedboat.
