- For safety reasons, minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one parent or adult traveler throughout the journey.
- This itinerary is quite strenuous. Travelers booking this trip must ensure they are in good health and suitable for travel. If there are any travelers aged 70 (inclusive) or above, at least one relative or friend aged 18-69 must accompany them to join the tour. Thank you for your understanding!

- The tour guide will contact you via text message around 20:00 one day before your trip. Please keep your phone accessible and check for messages promptly. If you have not been contacted by then, please call us immediately for assistance.
- Please arrive at the designated pick-up location at the time agreed upon with the tour guide. Do not be late, so as not to delay other tourists' itineraries. If you are unable to join the tour due to lateness, you will be responsible for the consequences. Thank you for your understanding.
- During peak tourist season or other special circumstances, to ensure your itinerary is not affected, the departure time may be brought forward (the specific departure time will be subject to the guide's notification).
- During the tour, some attractions, restaurants, rest areas, and other places may have shopping areas such as malls. These places are not designated shopping venues arranged by the travel agency. We remind tourists to consume rationally according to their own needs and to request necessary receipts. If any consumer disputes arise, please bear the relevant responsibilities and obligations yourself. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
- During your trip, please carry your valid original ID card. For those under 16 years old, please carry your original household registration booklet. If tourists over 16 years old do not have an ID card, please obtain a relevant identity certificate from your household registration location to avoid affecting your flight, train travel, or hotel check-in. Before traveling, please be sure to check the validity period of your documents.
- The destination may have some privately operated entertainment and consumption venues. Most of these organizations do not have legal operating qualifications and pose various hidden dangers. For your safety and health, Trip.com reminds you to consume cautiously.
- For your personal and property safety, please avoid exposing valuables and large amounts of cash in public places. When going out, always keep an eye on your personal belongings such as jewelry and cameras.
- During the group itinerary, and outside of free activity periods, tourists are not permitted to leave the group or depart without the consent of the team leader or tour guide. After obtaining consent from the team leader or tour guide, you should sign a departure liability waiver and ensure your personal and property safety during that period. Any uncompleted portions will be considered as voluntarily forfeited by you, and no refunds will be given for itineraries where actual losses have occurred.
- For complimentary items, the scenic area reserves the right to decide whether to provide them based on its capacity and weather conditions, among other reasons. Guests also have the right to choose whether to participate or not.
- If there are any emergencies such as road conditions that require changes to the meeting times, the guide or accompanying staff will announce them at that time.
- During the trip, if attractions cannot be visited normally due to force majeure, the tour guide, after consulting with the guests, may cancel or replace the attraction based on the actual situation, or the tour guide may refund the fee on-site according to the ticket price in the travel product. The refund will not be based on the listed price of the scenic spot. We appreciate your understanding.
- During the actual travel of this product itinerary, without reducing attractions and with the consent of guests, guides and drivers may make appropriate adjustments to your itinerary (such as adjusting the order of attractions) based on weather, traffic, and other conditions, to ensure the smooth progress of the trip. If the original itinerary cannot be executed due to force majeure or other factors, our agency will implement a policy of refunding overpayments and collecting underpayments for any resulting changes in costs. Your cooperation is appreciated.
- This tour is a group tour for individual travelers. While the promised service content and standards remain unchanged, you may share a vehicle and tour with guests from other travel agencies. If you register normally, it will be considered as accepting the unified itinerary arranged by the travel agency after group formation.
- Before 6 PM, 1 day prior to departure, a tour notification or staff WeChat QR code will be sent via WhatsApp or email. Customer service and staff will proactively contact you.
