Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Cruise, ferry or flight is cancelled
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 25 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Small group: Children over 0 years old and adults pay the same price. Group tour: 0-3 years old are free, no separate seat. For 4-14 years old, please select the child price. 15 years and older pay the same price as adults.
