- 【Service Process】
- Airport → Hotel: Hand over your luggage at the airport between 9:00 – 18:00; it will be delivered to the hotel front desk before 21:00 on the same day.
- Hotel → Hotel: Hand over your luggage before 11:00; it will be delivered to the designated hotel front desk before 21:00 on the same day.
- Hotel → Airport: Hand over your luggage before 11:00; it can be collected at the airport between 15:00 – 21:00 on the same day.
- Homestay Service: Hand over your luggage outside the homestay; for delivery, please provide the room code and check-in instructions before 12:00 (local time), and the luggage will be placed directly inside the room.
- 【Luggage Guideline】
- Each item ≤ 32 kg (71 lbs), total dimensions ≤ 180 cm
- Accepted luggage: suitcases, cartons, backpacks, strollers, briefcases
- Items must match the booking; extra, oversized, or overweight luggage may be refused or charged an additional fee.

- Kindly inspect your luggage upon collection. If you notice any issues, please take a photo and contact LuggAgent customer support right away so we can assist you.
- If prohibited items are found and cannot be transported, alternative delivery arrangements may be required. In such cases, same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed, and additional charges may apply. Please ensure your luggage does not contain any prohibited items.
- 【Insurance Policy】
- Insurance coverage up to USD 500 per luggage, covering delay, loss, or damage.
- The insurance does not cover cosmetic or non-structural damage, including scratches, dents, fabric wear, handles, wheels, or zippers, nor any indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost income).
- Any damage must be reported at the time of delivery, or within 24 hours for hotel deliveries. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
- Hotel Send-out: Store your luggage at the hotel front desk and send a photo to LuggAgent. You don’t need to wait — we’ll send an email to you once the driver has picked it up.
- Hotel Service: Please make sure your hotel has luggage storage service. If not, please select the “Airbnb Service.”

Initially, I was a bit uneasy because it was my first time using the service. However, after communicating with customer service, I understood the process and could track my luggage's delivery status at any time. The courier also arrived punctually at the scheduled time. The only drawback was with the hotel. Since they are not a partner vendor, they were not obligated to store our luggage and even stated that if the luggage wasn't picked up by the scheduled time, it would be treated as lost property. Therefore, I recommend contacting the hotel a day in advance to inform them of your needs and patiently communicate with them so they will agree to store your luggage for courier pickup. This was the only minor imperfection.
It's very convenient; you can free up your hands and enjoy shopping.
Since I couldn't speak the language abroad, calling was useless, so it was great to be able to communicate frequently via email. However, the method for receiving picked-up luggage was to meet someone directly at a designated location, wasn't it? I didn't know that, and you sent me a map to the information desk, so I ended up going back and forth between the information desk and the luggage storage area with Papago until the pickup staff brought my bags. Crucially, the staff member who brought our trunk didn't even confirm if we were the owners; they just saw our happy faces when we saw the trunk and seemed to assume we were the owners, then coolly left. Also, the delivery company staff said they would charge extra if we made them wait, so we went early, but then they arrived later than the scheduled time for us to receive our luggage, which made us worried. I'll have to think about whether I'll use this service again in the future.
