The water puppet show was unique and fascinating, offering a great introduction to traditional Vietnamese culture. The performance was lively, colorful, and accompanied by live music, which made it even more engaging even if you don’t fully understand the language.
After the show, the dinner cruise was a perfect way to relax. The atmosphere on the boat was lovely, with nice views of the city at night. The food was decent, with a variety of Vietnamese dishes to try. While it may not be a fine dining experience, it was still enjoyable and added to the overall experience.
Overall, this is a great combination for anyone who wants to experience local culture and enjoy a scenic evening in Ho Chi Minh City. Easy booking on Klook and well-organized. Worth trying! 🥰🙆♀️🥰

Stephan is a good guide. He treated us as VIPs. The water puppet show is good although the language is in Vietnamese, you can make out the story from the puppet’s action. It’s a good show to learn Vietnam during its humble beginnings. The cruise on the other hand is just ok same with any other cruise. The food are ok not very outstanding but its worth for the price you pay. If you want to learn part of Vietnam’s history, the puppet show is a good start.

Although we couldn't finish watching the puppet show because we had to catch our cruise, the tour guide helped us arrange a car to get there on time. The scenery from the cruise ship was also incredibly beautiful, definitely worth it!

The itinerary was poorly designed. Participants had to leave the water puppet show 20 minutes early to make it to the subsequent boat tour.
Additionally, the tour guide did not inform us that the cruise ship would soon pass through the most scenic part of the Saigon River. As a result, by the time we finished the buffet, we had already missed the view. The best scenery we saw was the side of the boat and the performers.
