Henry was very nice, but he wasn’t a tour guide - he had little appreciation for the fact that none of us had been to these places before, and didn’t provide clear instructions about locations and processes to meet. He also expected us to be able to follow him in the dark when he was wearing a black jacket and walking faster than some group members could manage! You are basically paying for a 2 hr visit to a mall, a 30 minute look around a market, a seat at the front of a 15 minute media show (with a blanket), and the drive there and back. There was no explanation of the history, reasons etc for the event, and no provision made for the group to feel cohesive. I would have been better to take the train there myself, so I could bypass the mall.
