Ho Chi Minh Airport (SGN)

  • Ho Chi Minh Airport is the busiest international airport in Vietnam, with dense flights and a large flow of passengers. 09:00-18:00 every day is the peak period for entry and exit. Clearance may take more than 3 hours. This service can greatly reduce the waiting time for clearance, but it is not a queue-free or direct release. Please confirm that you can accept it before placing an order.

Hanoi Airport (HAN)

  • Due to the operating regulations of Hanoi Airport, on-site departure services cannot receive passengers by holding signs. Be sure to proactively add the supplier WhatsApp: +886 916351972 48 hours before the flight departure, and provide the order number to facilitate the subsequent provision of the meeting location and reception instructions. Failure to join within the specified time may affect the on-site reception arrangement.

  • Passengers are responsible for preparing a passport with a validity of more than 6 months and relevant documents and visas that meet the purpose of entry on the day of using the service. This service does not include Vietnamese visa application or agency services.
  • This service is only applicable to electronic visas. If the passenger's visa is a visa on arrival, an additional waiting service fee of US$6 will be charged on site due to the extra waiting and processing time. Passengers should prepare the relevant forms, photos and fees by themselves.
  • Passengers holding Chinese passports need to prepare an additional 5 US dollars and 2 headshots when entering Vietnam. The photo size is 4×6 cm or 2×2 inches.
  • Children: Under 11 years old on the day of using the service. If the service cannot be used due to exceeding the age limit, no refund will be given.

  • This service is a VIP fast track assistance service, and the actual queuing time and clearance speed will depend on the airport crowd and on-site operations on the day.

  • From 02:00-05:00 in the morning, because there are fewer people at the airport, only a single channel is usually open for customs clearance operations.   • After completing the order and providing the correct required information, it will be deemed that the service has been arranged, and no separate individual arrangement completion notice will be provided.
  • The on-site staff of the departure service will only wait and receive passengers 2 hours before the flight takes off. If passengers arrive at the meeting point too early and no staff is arranged to wait on site, it is a normal operation arrangement.
  • On-site staff can only provide assistance in designated areas. Once passengers are guided to the designated customs clearance route or enter the immigration officer inspection area, on-site staff can no longer enter the queue to provide assistance. Please keep moving forward in the designated line throughout the entire process. If you leave or change the customs clearance route by yourself, the service may be interrupted as a result.
  • If there are many people and you cannot find the staff at the designated meeting location in time, please contact customer service via WhatsApp immediately, and provide the order number, photos of the on-site environment and your current location, and wait in place as instructed.
