Hokkaido Noboribetsu Day Trip: Mt. Yotei Mingshui Park, Lake Toya Observatory, Lake Hill Farm, Lake Toya Wharf Hot Spring Town, Showa Shinzan Bear Ranch, and Noboribetsu Hell Valley

Traffic congestion is common in Japan during weekends and holidays (especially around the Bon Festival, August 13th to 16th), and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on actual conditions. It is recommended not to book dinner, flights, or Shinkansen (bullet train) tickets and to bring snacks and portable chargers. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you need to bring luggage, please inform us in advance. The luggage fee is JPY 2000 per piece, payable in cash to the driver or guide on the day of the tour. Please check your email. We will contact you by email if we cannot reach you through messaging apps. We will do our best to accommodate your seating requests, but as this is a shared tour, seats are primarily allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please let us know in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement will be at the discretion of the guide on the day of the tour. We appreciate your understanding and consideration. Please be aware that since this is a group tour, there may be guests of other languages traveling with you. Thank you for your understanding. When the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, the tour will be canceled, and a cancellation email will be sent one day before departure. In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made one day before departure (local time 18:00) as to whether to cancel the tour, and you will be notified by email. Please inform those concerned. The company will not provide a refund for any abandonment of the tour due to personal reasons. Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour cannot accommodate transfers to other routes or joining midway, if you are unable to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. Thank you for your understanding. If children under 3 years old require a seat, please purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult, and please make a note of it. Children under 2 years old who do not require a seat can participate for free, but you must make a note of it. If you do not make a note, we will not be able to arrange it. Vehicle type: Vehicles will be dispatched according to the number of people. When the tour group is small, the driver will also serve as the tour guide, providing full travel services. There will be no additional tour leader. Please be aware of this. Weather conditions will affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves. The tour will not be canceled or refunded for this reason. Thank you for your understanding. As there will be large crowds during the flower/autumn foliage season, there may be serious traffic jams. We recommend bringing your own snacks. The flowering/autumn foliage season is subject to weather conditions and may be slightly earlier or later. After the tour is confirmed, it will proceed as scheduled regardless of the flowering/foliage situation.
