- A signed liability waiver is required for all participants. Guests who do not complete the waiver will not be permitted to join the swimming & tubing portion of the experience
- Participants must be able to swim. Tubing occurs in a natural spring with varying depths, currents, and water conditions
- This experience takes place in a natural environment. Wildlife may be present, including reptiles, fish, insects, and other native species; guests should remain aware of surroundings at all times
- Guests are responsible for their own safety while in the water and are expected to follow all posted park rules and the operator's instructions
- Moderate physical activity required

- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 6 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
