What to bring

• During the tour, valuable items are the responsibility of the tourists to keep safe.
• No refunds will be given if guests voluntarily choose to forgo (or replace) any of the attractions. This does not include any personal expenses.
• Our company is not responsible for any losses incurred if the attractions listed in the itinerary cannot be visited due to policy or force majeure factors, and the guests shall bear the losses themselves.
• Scenic area projects and performances may be adjusted or canceled due to actual conditions such as weather and on-site situations. Please refer to the announcements at the scenic area for specific details. In the event of natural disasters, severe weather, or other uncontrollable factors that may affect safety, some projects in the park may be closed. The scenic area will not issue refunds or compensation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
• Theater performances such as "WA! Dinosaurs" and "The Earthquake" will be presented. The scenic area will adjust or cancel shows based on weather and on-site conditions. Seating is not assigned, and entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. Admission will be stopped once all seats are occupied, and we do not guarantee that all visitors will be able to view the performance.

Eligibility

• Children who are 1.2 meters tall (excluding) or 6 years old (excluding) or younger (meeting either condition) need to pay an additional fee for a parking space; the performance is free for children, but free tickets do not guarantee a seat, and they will not occupy a separate performance seat.
• Children who are 1.2 meters (inclusive) in height or 6 years old (inclusive) and above are the same price as adults.
