Matilda the Musical from London's West End, Changsha Station

What an experience! The musical brought back so many memories of the book. Performers were professional. Performance hall was spacious. I was impressed by the proficiency of the Chinese subtitle translations. It is definitely an event that you don’t want to miss!

It was great! There wasn't a single dull moment. The children performed wonderfully and sang beautifully, and the special effects were very smooth. I was completely engrossed and really want to see it again. The location is very convenient, with a large shopping mall nearby, and it's easily accessible by subway.

The Matilda show was fantastic! Definitely worth the ticket price! This time, I bought seats on the second level, which was quite far from the stage, so I missed a lot of the details. If I get the chance, I'd love to sit in the front row and watch it again! The design of the second level at the venue isn't great; it was a bit uncomfortable to watch, and there were railings blocking the stage and subtitles. I wouldn't recommend sitting on the second level.

the location is very convenient. there's lots of nice restaurants nearby and it's just within 5 minutes walking distance. the ticket collection process is very quick and smooth too. the bathroom at the theatre is clean.

The performance was spectacular. The young actors danced and sang, and the plot was very engaging. There was a 20-minute intermission. It's very convenient to get to the theater from Luohu, as it only takes 45 minutes by subway.

Matilda was the first musical I ever saw live, and its core message of "refusing to be bound, striving for freedom" resonates with the cries of today's Gen Z.

The performance was spectacular, from the actors and stage effects to the lighting and content. It's perfect for bringing children, suitable for all ages, and definitely worth seeing again.
