About the Free ticket

• This is a free registration ticket for parade crowd management and communications only. No payment is required.
• Each person can only redeem 2 free tickets per transaction.

• Registration does not guarantee a specific viewing spot. On‑site admission and arrangements are subject to crowd control and instructions by event staff.
• Please arrive early 30minutes in advance and follow on‑site signage and staff instructions.
• Admission to the parade route is free and open to the public.
• Viewing areas are outdoor and subject to capacity. Entry may be temporarily suspended once areas are full.
• For safety reasons, road closures, queuing zones and one‑way pedestrian flow may be implemented.
• Please follow all on‑site signage and instructions from staff and security.
• In case of adverse weather or special circumstances, parade arrangements may be adjusted, postponed, or cancelled. Please refer to the official Merry Balloon Hong Kong social media and Klook notifications for latest updates.

Terms & Conditions

Admission Arrangement

• Each free ticket is valid throughout the designated date. Please present the QR code on the ticket at entrance for verification by the Organiser. The admission ticket is only valid for single entry on the selected date.
• Each free admission ticket is valid for one person and allows entry only once.
• Upon admission, please present the QR code to the staff using the Klook application. Screenshots of QR codes are not acceptable. No physical tickets will be issued.
• Please adhere to the specified time slots for entry.
• All visitors must enter of the specified time on the ticket; otherwise they will be considered late.
• Visitors who arrive late or fail to enter during the specified time slot will not be permitted entry. All expired QR codes will be rendered invalid and will not be eligible for ticket exchange.
• To ensure a better experience for all attendees, the event will implement crowd control measures. Individuals holding free admission tickets are required to queue prior to entry and to cooperate with staff instructions to exit, thereby facilitating the smooth entry of subsequent visitors.
• The organizer reserves the right to implement crowd management arrangements in specific areas as necessary. Visitors are requested to adhere to the instructions provided by staff and to cooperate in an orderly manner during the clearing process.
• The organizer reserves the right to conduct photography, videography, and audio recording during the event. The organizer also has the right to use such images, photographs, and sound for any purpose without payment to any individual. For the avoidance of doubt, the organizer is the sole and absolute owner of all rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights) to all of the aforementioned materials.
• No individual may conduct any commercial photography without the written consent of the organizer.
• All details and arrangements are subject to announcements made by the organizers.

Points to note

• Please enter the venue on time during your scheduled time slot. If you are unable to enter on the specified time slot, the QR code will become invalid, and entry will not be permitted.
• The organizer reserves the right to change event content without prior notice.
• Large luggage or items are not permitted (including bags, boxes, and luggage exceeding 55 x 35 x 20 cm; single tripods, tripods, folding chairs, and stools).
• For the safety of all participants and pets, a one-person-one-pet rule will be implemented. Each adult may bring a maximum of one pet into the venue, and each pet must be accompanied by an adult.
• All pets must be on a leash.
• Any child (aged 12 below) must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above) when entering the event.
• Each QR code allows one-time entry only. Staff will stamp the attendee’s wrist or hand at the entrance of each viewing area to show that they are allowed to enter during the assigned time slot.
• Please keep the ticket QR code. Any alterations, photocopies, or scanned reproductions of tickets are invalid. In the event of theft, loss, damage, or destruction, neither the organizer nor the ticketing platform will reissue or replace them, nor will they assume any responsibility.
• All free tickets or any content related to this event may not be resold or used for any promotional or commercial purposes without the organizer's consent.
• The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage within the venue. In the event of any disputes, the organizer reserves the final decision-making authority.
• All attendees are deemed to agree to all terms and conditions stated herein.
• The organizer reserves the right to adjust the quantity and size of exhibits (such as inflatable sculptures/facilities) based on weather conditions or venue arrangements, and to modify or omit certain exhibits without prior notice. Participants shall not seek any form of compensation or reimbursement for such adjustments.
• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry based on individual circumstances of participants, and participants shall not seek any form of compensation or reimbursement for this.
• The organizer may cancel the event due to force majeure, unfavorable weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Venue

• Parade has audio effects that may cause momentary discomfort. Visitors should ensure that their health conditions are suitable for visiting the event. Please inform our staff immediately if you are not feeling well.
• All visitors, especially children, the elderly, and pregnant individuals, should exercise caution while walking or interacting with exhibits. If you need any assistance, please contact the staff present.
• This event will be held in an outdoor space and is subject to weather conditions. Visitors should be aware of high temperatures, unstable weather, slippery ground, and strong winds. Visitors must ensure that their condition is suitable for entering the venue.
• The event may temporarily close due to on-site construction, maintenance, or inclement weather. If the wind speed or gusts reach level 4 or above, or if a No. 3 tropical cyclone warning signal is issued, the venue may be suspended to ensure safety, health, security, or order, comply with legal requirements, or as deemed necessary by the organizers. Ticket holders who have redeemed their QR code entry tickets or received entry wristbands will not have their tickets reissued, exchanged, or compensated in any way, and the organizers and this ticketing platform will not assume any responsibility.
• In the event of a No. 8 tropical cyclone warning signal or higher, a black rainstorm warning signal, "extreme conditions," or sudden severe weather, the entire event will be closed for the safety of the public and staff. Related visitor reservations will be automatically canceled without prior notice. The organizer will make adjustments to the opening arrangements based on the weather conditions at the venue. For information on temporary openings and venue arrangements, please refer to the official announcements from the organizer and Klook.
• The organizer may, based on operational needs, the capacity of the event, special programs, adverse weather, or any situation deemed necessary by the organizer, (i) change the opening hours or modify the rules, (ii) control the number of attendees, or (iii) suspend or cancel the event without prior notice and without providing refunds or any compensation to anyone.

Miscellaneous

• Any disputes arising between Participants are personal matters. The Organizer shall not be obligated to intervene, mediate, or bear any responsibility related to such disputes.
• The organiser assumes no liability for messages or content disseminated or displayed by third parties during the event.
• The organiser is not responsible for any financial or other obligations arising from personal property left, lost, stolen, destroyed, confiscated, damaged, misplaced, or otherwise misplaced on the premises or during the event.
• If any facilities/items within the event are damaged by a visitor, the relevant visitor shall be liable for compensation for the damaged facilities/items, with the amount of compensation to be determined solely by the organizer.
• Neither the Organizer, its service providers, agents, affiliates, shall be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense suffered or incurred by any person or to any property, arising out of or in connection with the Event, howsoever caused.
• The organiser reserves all rights to pursue and claim for losses resulting from individuals engaging in disruptive, disorderly, indecent, chaotic, or offensive behaviour on the venue.
• Under no circumstances shall the Organizer be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses (including, but not limited to, travel, accommodation, hospitality costs, or other consequential losses) incurred by Participants arising from or related to any modification, postponement, cancellation, or termination of the Event.
• The personal information provided by users will be utilised solely for event-related purposes.
• Participation in this event is construed as acceptance of the aforementioned terms and conditions. The Organiser retains the authority to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.
• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the event in case of inclement weather or other unforeseen reasons or circumstances. Appropriate announcements will be made on the day of the event on the organizer’s social platform.

Prohibition

• Reselling tickets or any content related to this exhibition without the organizer's consent, or using them for any promotional or commercial purposes.
• Distributing any type of printed materials or audio recordings.
• Conducting unauthorized activities, demonstrations, or speeches, or using any flags, banners, or signs, as well as other unauthorized public gatherings.
• Engaging in any unsafe act or other act that may impede the operation of the event or any associated facility.
• The followings items are strictly forbidden to bring into the venue of the Event: any dangerous items;
• any illegal or restricted items;
• any type of weapon, or any object which is weapon-like (including but not limited to toy guns, toy swords, etc.);
• Trolleys, carts or any transport devices with wheels (excluding manual wheelchairs, strollers, and electric wheelchairs) and wheeled recreational devices, including but not limited to skateboards, scooters, roller skates, and shoes with wheels.
• tripods, folding chairs and stools; and
• any item that in the Organizer’s opinion is dangerous, or may cause chaos, or may interfere with the operation of the event.
