Very professional. Clear communication and patience even though I speak English (They use the apps called Papago and recommend you guys use this app when travel in Korea). High definition photo to show your hair condition before and after the treatment on the screen. I will come back again. By the way , I’m from Hong Kong.

place was a little hard to find but it is down the alley pass the cafe street sign. it is up a flight of stairs so no wheelchair accessiblity staff were lovely, got a really good head scrub. most of it is done with cold water. the hairstyling at the end is just a light blow dry nothing crazy, we went down stairs to the salon to get straightened. booked in for 4 gals to be done and they cracked straight into it. would recommend if visiting.

I probably haven't been this relaxed in a long time. The treatment was great, and my head feels much better.

my first time getting this treatment and I absolutely loved. they showed me my scalp before and after so I can see the results for myself and were also very accommodating to me as a tourist. the whole experience was very comfortable and I would recommend it to anyone, especially those visiting Korea from out of country.

it was nice! it seemed like I surprised the workers, since they only had later appoint ends and they seemed rushed/unprepared. the hair treatment felt nice but I probably would skip the facial if I did it again. staff was very patient and kind.

My daughter and I had a service here and it was great! Ji Hye was amazing at communication and even came out to get us when we got lost. We went to the wrong area and she was so accommodating and let us still come for the appointment. I would recommend this place!
