The initial consultation was very thorough, and I felt completely at ease entrusting myself to them, as the treatment was tailored to my scalp condition and concerns. During the treatment, the pressure was just right, and it was so comfortable that I was able to relax throughout. Afterward, my head felt lighter, and I was surprised by how clear and open my eyes felt. The staff's customer service was also very kind, and the salon's atmosphere was calm and comfortable.

It was the best decision to book and had the experience of the hair scalp treatment. Highly recommended. And will definitely come back again.

After an AI-powered scalp diagnosis, I received a scalp massage and an aromatherapy massage. I was also able to choose my aromatherapy oil. The treatment bed was warm, and the massage was so relaxing that I fell asleep. The head spa was also very pleasant, enveloped in the fragrant shampoo bubbles. After the treatment, my scalp felt refreshed, and my hair became moisturized and shiny. Thank you very much.

The hair therapist is amazing. she is very detailed in explaining my hair issues and then going through the options of what works best for my hair. Following the hairspa, it was very relaxing especially the aroma massage, followed by the hair wash. Extremely satisfied and will definitely introduce to my friends. I feel so refreshed and clean from hairspa. Everything was done professionally from start to end.

The area was very clean and it was a calm environment. Language barrier was no issue because she communicated everything through a translation app and she was very kind. The scalp review was in-depth and the treatment was so relaxing. 10/10 recommend. I will probably be back next time I am in Busan.

This was a perfect relaxing experience that my daughter and I enjoyed! The atmosphere and interior is very calm and light, unsuspecting from the outside of the building. Eun Young has a very friendly and gentle manner and shares her honest opinions. Easy to realise she is very skilled and passionate about scalp care. We communicated through translator apps with no issue and with her little english and my little korean. My scalp feels clean, fresh and light. Very satisfied and hope to return in the future to do the 10x treatments for hair loss.
