【Tour Formation and Staff Explanation】 ・This is a recruitment-based tour. Departure will be confirmed only after the minimum number of participants is met. Please be aware of this before booking. ・Vehicle arrangements will be adjusted based on the final number of participants. ・For tours with a small number of participants, a dedicated full-time tour guide will not be arranged. A Chinese-speaking driver who also serves as a staff member will assist with the itinerary. If English communication is required, translation tools will be used as needed. When entering the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route (Tateyama to Ogizawa), a professional tour guide will lead the entire journey, assisting travelers with safe transfers between various unique transportation methods.

【Itinerary Notes】 Assembly and Departure ・Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before the specified assembly time and look for the LION TRAVEL sign to complete check-in. The tour leader will not proactively contact travelers the day before departure. ・If you do not arrive at the meeting point at the specified time, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of participation in the tour, and no refunds or other compensation will be provided. Itinerary Adjustments and Weather Factors

・This itinerary will be arranged as much as possible according to the original content. However, due to weather, traffic conditions, road closures, crowds, mountain entry reservations, attraction opening status, accommodation arrangements, and other force majeure factors, the itinerary order, duration of stay, or accommodation arrangements may be adjusted. The final arrangements will be based on local on-site conditions. ・During the peak season for the opening of Kurobe Tateyama (approximately mid-April to late November), due to crowds, traffic control, and mountain entry reservation restrictions, some itinerary sequences may be flexibly adjusted. ・The “Snow Valley (Snow Wall)” is a natural landscape. Its actual height varies depending on the annual snowfall and natural conditions, and the height of the snow wall cannot be guaranteed. ・Some attractions on the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route may have their opening status adjusted due to weather, snow accumulation, or safety factors. ・During winter or spring opening periods, the snow scenery at each attraction will depend on the weather conditions of the day. ・Kamikochi’s opening hours are subject to official announcements. If it is closed during the non-opening period, due to weather factors, or temporarily closed by officials, the itinerary will be changed to alternative attractions such as the Hida Takayama Old Town, and no refunds will be issued. Transportation and Seating

・Bus seating is one seat per person and cannot be specified in advance. Seating arrangements will be determined on-site on the day of the tour. Please keep your seatbelt fastened throughout the bus journey. ・Bus and restaurant seating may require sharing with other tour participants. Actual arrangements will be based on on-site conditions and the tour leader’s instructions. ・This tour arranges vehicles based on the number of participants. Each adult is limited to one piece of luggage. If you have special luggage requirements, please inform us in advance when booking. Physical Condition and Clothing Recommendations

・This tour involves long periods of travel and walking at multiple attractions. Please assess your physical fitness to determine if it is suitable for you to participate. ・It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and non-slip shoes for mountain hiking and sightseeing. ・Travelers with mobility impairments, chronic illnesses, or special physical conditions should assess their own situation before registering. Meals, Accommodation, and Hot Springs

・Meal content may be adjusted due to daily ingredient supply and other factors. Actual arrangements will be based on what is provided on-site. ・If you have dietary restrictions, food allergies, or special dietary needs, please be sure to inform us in advance when booking. Please understand that meal content cannot be adjusted on the day of departure. ・Hot spring hotel photos are for reference only. The actual room type will be based on the hotel’s arrangements on the day. ・According to regulations for Japanese hot spring facilities, individuals with tattoos or body art (including tattoo stickers, body painting, etc.), those who are intoxicated, or those with skin diseases or infectious diseases are not permitted to use the hot spring facilities. Tour Participation Restrictions

・Travelers under 18 or over 80 years old must be accompanied by family or friends. ・Infants under 3 years old can participate for free without occupying a seat, with a limit of one infant per adult. If a seat is required, relevant fees will apply, please note this when booking.
