[Preparation for Travel]
- It is recommended to bring warm underwear and thick socks (with an extra pair), as the temperature in the ski resort is low, so keep the inner layer warm.
- If you wear personal sunglasses/glasses, you can prepare a non-slip rope to avoid slipping during exercise.
- No need to bring extra snow gear, the package includes a full set of equipment (helmets, goggles, etc. are distributed after disinfection).
[Safety Instructions]
- Please cooperate with the coach to complete warm-up exercises before skiing to avoid muscle strain.
- Follow the coach's guidance throughout the whole process, do not leave the teaching area without authorization, and novices should not enter the advanced ski trails.
- If you have carsickness, fear of heights, or underlying diseases, please inform the coach in advance so that the teaching rhythm can be adjusted.
