What to expect
Step into a peaceful tea house and explore teas from Vietnam’s only coastal tea region in Quang Ninh. Grown fully organic without fertilizers or irrigation, the tea plants are nourished only by mineral-rich rain and sea breeze.
The workshop features a guided tasting of three sea-grown teas: Honey Black Tea with gentle honeyed fruit notes, 10-year-aged Oolong refined over coffee charcoal for a deep smoky aroma, and Flower Green Tea hand-picked in spring for a clean, lasting sweetness.
Led by a tea artisan, you’ll learn basic brewing techniques and how temperature affects flavor. The experience ends with local mung-bean sweets and a visit to an old house displaying artisanal tea ware, offering a quiet glimpse into Vietnamese tea rituals.
