Kenrokuen Garden & Kanazawa Castle Historical Tour

I did the tour with my wife and the guide was really professional. We are so happy to have made this tour, I fully recommend it!!

It was a wonderful visit and, despite the rain, Toma guided us through the beautiful gardens and the castle, sharing fascinating stories and anecdotes along the way. I highly recommend this guided tour to everyone!

this was an amazing private tour with Hiro. he was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic which made the whole experience so enjoyable! would highly recommend.., and you can wander back around after the tour using the same day tickets…. so much better than Tokyo tour (for standing buildings and stories)

The tour guide was very nice and friendly. Participants were mostly western people but the guide would use simple English to make the communications smoothly without barrier. I like the atmosphere the guide showed up. The Japanese hospitality was sooo nice and would be valued to all people visitng Kanazawa.

Unfortunately, we arrived very late from Kyoto, so we did the tour on our own, but it was still wonderful nonetheless.

It was raining and very cold on the day of the tour. We tried contacting the guide 2 hours beforehand to see what the procedure was, since we were traveling with our 4-year-old daughter. We called and even sent messages to the guide's cell phone from both my husband's phone and mine, but received no response. Just when the tour was supposed to start, I received an email saying they were waiting for me, but I don't have internet access at all times. The guide wrote to me that the messages didn't go through, and the email address to contact him wasn't provided anywhere. I don't know how they expected me to contact them through email if they didn't list it. They refuse to issue a refund, and we didn't attend because the rain and cold are not suitable conditions for taking my 4-year-old daughter.

Very nice tour, the guide is lovely and takes the time to accompany us.
