Start from guide explaining the itinerary to drop back to the hotel was fulfilling. Started with the blissful and picturesque trang an ride, calm and one of a experience rowing through highs and lows of caves. Then the majestic Bain dinh pagoda was special with the aura of inner peace surrounding us, except that you will have to walk a bit. Finally the ever challenging Mua caves giving the satisfaction once you reach the top was a cherry on the top for the trip.
We enjoyed every item of the itinerary especially the boat trip. We were impressed by the enthusiasm of our guide, Ben. He has also been kind and helpful the whole time. Our driver was friendly and professional, and he drove smoothly and safely.
This tour had few reviews so I decided to check it out to see how it would turn out. I wasn't disappointed at all. In fact, it turned out to be a great tour. I enjoyed thoroughly, especially the boating part. That was the best part. Boating underneath the mountains in the caves was a thrilling experience. Lunch was super delicious and we did great justice to it. The trekking up to the temples in Ninh Bin in the morning was nice but one hour time felt a bit rushed as there are too many people walking up and down and we need to go slow. The Bai Dinh temples were so beautiful. Dusk had fallen when we got there so we could see the temples in their full splendor with the lights on. I could feel the sacredness of the place as I looked around. Of course, the tour could not have been a beautiful experience had it not been for our wonderful guide. He was informative and amusing at times and made sure that we were all comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful tour.
Ninh Binh was super nice and definitely worth visiting. The views were really beautiful, and the boat ride was very relaxing. It was a bit tiring as a day tour, but overall it was fun and super worth it.
I bought a tour of Ninh Binh covering Hoa Lu, Bai Dinh, and Mua Cave. Bai Dinh Pagoda is the largest Buddhist temple complex in Vietnam. A full tour of this complex takes at least six hours, but we spent just over an hour and a half there. I was impressed by the long corridors with hundreds of Arhat statues and the giant Buddha statues. Our guide, Trang Kien (Kenny), shared a lot of interesting information with us and answered all our questions. He has a great sense of humor and excellent knowledge of Vietnamese history. The boat ride was long and boring. It is hard to sit for two hours when it is very hot and there is not the slightest breeze. We were unlucky; it had rained before this trip, and the caves were flooded. The scenery around us was simply stunning. I was especially impressed by the climb up Ngoa Long Mountain, where 500 steps lead to the summit. However, we had very little time, so we didn't get to walk across the bridges around the lotus ponds or buy souvenirs. Overall, the trip was tiring, but this tour allows you to see some of the most beautiful places in Vietnam.
The time schedule meets the itinerary stated. Trip from one destination to other destination runs smoothly. Both guides provide clear instruction about what we need to do and remind us the timing. The explanation about the place also clear. It's so worth the money to join the tour. Bus and driver also nice.
The experience was amazing with enthusiastic guide and support. I am even happy with the comfort of the bus they provided. I booked it seeing the lower price compared to other packages and the tour didn’t disappoint. Cycling option was also there for sometime after lunch.
brilliant tour! it more than exceeded our expectations! A must do while in Hanoi, early start but well worth it! our guide was fab and it all felt quite relaxed despite the schedule! it was my favourite day so far! the climb was quite the workout for those with short legs but worth it! the boat ride was the stand out but every bit was great! lunch was typical buffet, bit bland but enough choice to fill up for energy! our guide Day was fab, thank you!
We were very happy to be guided by an experienced tour guide like Son Nguyen, starting from his skill in managing emotions when dealing with complaints about traffic jams during holidays, setting a reasonable time to complete the trip in Nihn Binh. He also took the time to accompany our trip and help us take photos. We can't give any meaningful tips, only best wishes for the success and success of Mr. Son. Hopefully we will have a soulmate to return to Vietnam again, especially Ninh Binh. Perhaps in the future, input so that we can be given time to buy souvenirs on site for more memories. We realized that due to yesterday's traffic, our trip was delayed and returned to Hanoi at almost 10 pm.
The best part is that if the conditions are met, they'll pick you up right in front of your hotel. The same goes for drop-off after the tour. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the scenery in Ninh Binh is absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect. The Buddha statues at Bai Dinh Pagoda, in particular, were truly mesmerizing. However, the 500 steps at Hang Mua are really challenging. Be sure to bring water to prevent dehydration. There are also shops selling water along the way, so you can rest there and drink more. Overall, it's a well-structured package, and I highly recommend it.
