I hadn't purchased tickets in advance due to the weather, but then I found out about Klook's 6-hour pass the day before and bought it. I received a QR code and exchanged it for a lift ticket at the information desk. It was interesting that our names were printed on the one-day lift tickets. If you don't have a lift ticket, you'll need to pay an additional 500 yen deposit per person to get one, which you can get back later. We just kept ours as a souvenir. The official website's 4-hour pass is 7,030 yen for adults and 3,705 yen for children after a 5% discount, but I think I got the 6-hour pass on Klook for a bit cheaper. We had a great time riding for the full 6 hours before heading back.
My family and I enjoyed skiing in this resort so much, for beginners I think this is a nice place to check. It is huge and there are plenty of activities. Although we ended up paying more because we also tried snow ride and availed of private ski lessons, we were still able to use the ski wear and ski equipment all throughout the day. Note that gloves, goggles and helmets are not included so we bought the gloves and goggles in the store.
The activities in the kiroro resort are good recommend kiroro if anyone would like to visit skiing,Klook should also tie up with Hokkaido resort liner for the arrangement of bus travel from Otaruchikko railway station to Kiroro resort Travelling by car is very expensive
its our first time to experience snow and go to a Ski Mountain. The ticket allows you to use the facility but we were not able to use the lift pass because it requires you to ski down which we are not confident to do. you are on your own to figure out (everything here- no one to assist you except in the ski Rental Area) on how to ski unless you will get an instructor (highly suggest that you do to get the full experience). we stayed from 9am to 4pm which is just right if you want to experience it. if you Really want to learn, stay in the resort and get a teacher. we had a good time it might have been better if there are Basic orientation on How to ski, we watched YouTube How To Ski videos so we can enjoy it. Btw, you need to check the bus (separate Company) to take you to the resort, it varies. the ticket we bought from Klook is for 2 adults including the ski Rentals for clothes and equipment but the voucher issued to us is for child clothes, Kiroro staff coordinated with the Klook partner so we can get the adult clothing and ski equipment- we just showed our Klook booking.
Highly recommended, it’s a great choice for beginners, especially for those who don’t have any equipment, it’s very convenient to order a set directly. This time I ordered a snowboard set + snow suit and snow pants. The ski resort does not rent gloves or goggles. It is recommended that friends who come to play can Bring your own first, or buy the cheapest set at the local ski shop, which includes a fur hat, gloves, and goggles.
So beautiful memories! Life dream list get🎿⛷️🏂❄️ Although it was actually slipped by snow Ski resort # 北海道 #ski #snow
After renting a day of tickets and rope tickets, there are one day / 4 hours / night snow / more options, easy and fast exchange, there are more than 20 snow slopes, and several lifts are closed after 3 o'clock, because the rates are many days black. There are so many people. Near Otaru, about 45 minutes by car.
Easy to redeem. We already had our cards from the previous 2 days of skiing that we booked directly thru the ski resort. Just went to the counter to redeem the klook 6 hour pass and they just added it to our existing cards. Super quick and hassle free. Literally one of the best powder days we’ve had!
to use the voucher, you have to fill up a form and paid for the deposit at the counter to exchange for the lift pass.
I've always used Niseko, but this was my first time visiting Kiroro. It's not as big as Niseko, but it has excellent slopes and the snow quality was very good. Above all, I liked that it was less crowded than Niseko. All the ski center staff were friendly and there were no difficulties communicating in English.
