I booked tickets specifically for the fireworks show, but when I arrived, the staff said there were no fireworks. They announced on December 29th that there would be no fireworks, but I booked my tickets on December 31st, and it clearly stated there would be a fireworks show. I booked the tickets specifically for the fireworks. The customer service response was passive, saying it was an 'act of God' and apologizing for not updating the details promptly. Is that all they have to say? What about my wasted time and money? 😂
