During peak season or holidays, traffic congestion may occur, and the tour guide will adjust the itinerary sequence according to the actual situation.
• 【In-car Regulations】To maintain a clean environment inside the vehicle, please do not eat or drink in the car. If any damage or mess is caused, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards.
• 【Explanation for Leaving the Group】If you leave the group on your own after the itinerary begins, it will be considered an automatic waiver of subsequent services, and related fees will not be refunded. During this period, the traveler will be solely responsible for their personal and property safety.
• 【About the Cable Car】The cable car section from Sounzan to Owakudani will undergo official suspension for maintenance. The itinerary for this section will be adjusted to take a bus to Owakudani, and the rest of the itinerary remains unchanged.
• 【About the Cable Car】The cable car fee included in this itinerary is part of a package arrangement. Even if some sections are replaced by bus transfers, the cable car fee cannot be refunded separately. Please understand this and confirm before booking.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued

• Free for children aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
