- Oversized/restricted items: Skis, snowboards, surfboards, foldable bikes, musical instruments, and hazardous items cannot be brought on board or in the trunk. Items exceeding 30 cm³ or 1 m may be refused—please use a courier service.
- Pets: Small pets must be in a carrier. If they disturb other passengers, you may be asked to get off at a service area. No refunds or alternative transport will be provided.
