very nice experience and very worth the price. i would not recommend this for older / physically challenged tourists. I drove the snow mobile myself and it was heavy. even though your driving through snow, you feel the bumps on your bottom if you hit a bump because the track is not flat all the way. the tour guides are amazing and the buffet BBQ is also amazing. will definitely go again.

It was an excellent experience; we had so much fun. This is a must-do when you visit Sapporo. We found the instructors very helpful and friendly. They provided us with tips on how to use the snowmobile properly. I also believe they offered excellent service. Additionally, they included the jacket, snow pants, boots, gloves, and helmet, so there is no need to worry. I appreciate the friendliness of all the staff and crew members at Wonderland Sapporo. I believe we will repeat this activity in the future. The package included pickup at a designated hotel, followed by drop-off at the same hotel. I found it very convenient. It was on time. To ensure safety, listen to your instructors, as they will guide you on how to properly use the snowmobile. You will be traveling through the mountains, which will allow you to see a different view, and there is no need to be scared.

Our guide Minon is very kind and helpful. They also emphasize a lot on safety when operating the snow mobile. We were also lucky enough to see some wild deers in the woods. Overall it was a memorable experience for me and my family.

This was a really fun experience. They notify you about the pickup location and time the day before. What I really liked was that they have all the necessary gear available, including helmets, gloves, snow pants, snow jackets, and boots. You essentially just need to show up. They fit you with everything, then you go out to the snowmobile. We had our own guide. You get a little time to familiarize yourself with how to use it, and then you go up into the mountain. About halfway through, they stop for a break so you can play in the snow. If not, our guide allowed us to keep going for more riding time. The food was also very good! Then the bus will take you back to your hotel. Prices basically the same as if bookkng at the actual location, but much easier.

So much fun, a new experience. The staff took great care of everyone. I'll come back to visit again!

Great experience, especially for first-timers. We were picked up directly from our hotel in Sapporo, which made everything very convenient. At first I was a bit nervous and planned to ride as a passenger, but the instructor explained everything clearly and it turned out to be easy to ride on my own. We had one instructor for the two of us—very friendly and able to communicate in English. The scenery was beautiful, and we even spotted deer during the ride, which was a nice surprise. The BBQ was decent and a good way to end the experience. Overall, highly recommended!

The snowmobile experience was the highlight of our Sapporo trip! From the hotel pickup, snowmobile riding, and hotel drop-off, everything went very smoothly. Our instructor, Mitchy, was very patient and taught us how to navigate the snowmobile with ease. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We even got a can of Seltzer with Miychy's photo.

Had an amazing time on the snowmobile tour! The staff were super friendly and made everything easy, even for beginners. The ride itself was beautiful! great views, smooth trails, and just the right mix of fun and adventure. Lunch BBQ was a nice bonus: tasty, warm, and a perfect break after the ride. Overall, a really well‑organized experience and definitely worth booking!

Excellent snowmobile experience! The snowmobile site is very close to Sapporo, and there are several pick-up points to choose which saved up lot of travelling time, Great! We had nice experience with good weather, safe ride, clear guide by instructors, beautiful snow scenery along the 60-minute route with easy and exciting paths. Instructors also helped photo-taking. It will be perfect if the snowmobiles are newer.

Great experience overall! Our instructor Shima was extremely accommodating and fun to be with! The mountain trail is absolutely beautiful! We would go for a second time!
