Elephant World Samui Experience

Amazoning Journey, My son was so engaged in this project with our introducer.You could be so closed to connet with those giant animals and make them happy and shower to them. worth to visit and join the half day program although it’s not so wide area but interesting. I would visit again next time back

The place is calm and peaceful; we were lucky there weren't many people. The entire team is fantastic; kudos to them for the wonderful welcome. Having seen other sanctuaries in Thailand, this one is small, with only 4 elephants. We prepare food for them, wash them with water jets, and then take photos with them. It's quite quick but in a family-like and serene atmosphere. At the end, you get a film and plenty of free photos, which is great.

The elephants are very well cared for, and you can get close to them without feeling worried. They all look happy and relaxed, which made the experience really special. Highly recommend !! if you’re in Koh Samui; plus they now have a cat shelter too! Great for both elephant and cat lovers.

This activity felt very worthwhile. There was a van for pick-up and drop-off at the hotel. We chose the elephant feeding program. At first, I thought it would just be ordinary feeding like other places, but it exceeded my expectations because the staff provided a lot of knowledge about elephants. I learned more about their behavior and care as well. The staff and mahouts were attentive throughout the activity, constantly explaining, helping, and ensuring safety, which made me feel very comfortable. Although the weather was a bit hot, being close to the elephants, feeding them, and seeing their cuteness made me forget about the heat! Haha.

Of all the elephant sanctuaries I've visited in Thailand, this is the first place where I truly got to be close to the elephants. It wasn't just about taking pictures, but about spending time learning and being with the elephants up close. The staff took great care of us, and the mahouts clearly had a deep bond with the elephants. The most impressive thing was being able to prepare food and feed the elephants myself. When they reached out their trunks to take the food, it was a special feeling that's hard to describe. At first, I chose the program without expecting much, but I ended up having a much better experience than I anticipated. If you're visiting Samui and don't know where to go, I highly recommend this place!

Thank you so much for the incredibly kind welcome, especially since we were visiting with our one-year-old child. My daughter and we were so happy to see the adorable elephants and cats. The elephants were so lively, which was wonderful. It's a place we'd love to visit again.

This is a wonderful place. It's an ethical facility where you can interact closely with elephants through feeding and other activities instead of riding them. The staff are very friendly and took many photos for us as a service. I was impressed with the content of the project and had a very fulfilling time. I would definitely like to bring my children and visit again with my family next time.

Great experience, cool facts and fun, lots of feeding

The feeding program was so much fun! Next time, I’ll definitely bring my family and kids too. Seeing the close bond between the caretakers and the elephants was really heartwarming. You can feel the love and care in everything they do. This place is a true hidden gem that more people should know about.

There’s something so pure and sincere about the way they treat the elephants here. It didn’t feel like just another tourist stop, it was an eye-opening look at what real animal welfare should be. Getting to join in for an elephant shower was such a highlight!!! it wasn't rushed or forced, just a really sweet, quiet moment with these elephants. I even got soaked, but it was totally worth it! This is exactly what true animal welfare looks like.
