About this product
- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- Days are calculated and charged regardless of whether or not you are using the service
- WiFi devices are generally in stock. In the rare case that none are available, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email
- A deposit of HKD 500 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned
Usage reminder
- For mail order, please order at least 5 days prior to your departure date
- For pick-up order, please order at least 3 days prior to your departure date
- This particular service is only provided for Australia and New Zealand
- If the device is fully charged, it can be used continuously for 4-6 hours. It is recommended to carry a portable battery charger to recharge your device on the go

The wifi connection is stable
The internet connection is often unstable, and the speed is average. The battery life is sufficient; it lasts all day without needing to be charged, and there are no overheating issues. However, I will not purchase this product again.
