About this product
- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- Days are calculated and charged regardless of whether or not you are using the service
- WiFi devices are generally in stock. In the rare case that none are available, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email
- A deposit of HKD 500 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned
Usage reminder
- For mail order, please order at least 5 days prior to your departure date
- For pick-up order, please order at least 3 days prior to your departure date
- This particular service is only provided for Australia and New Zealand
- If the device is fully charged, it can be used continuously for 4-6 hours. It is recommended to carry a portable battery charger to recharge your device on the go
