Malacca Strait Mosque Full-Day Guided Tour

We had the pleasure of touring with Tommy. They were on-time and the communication was impeccable, the car was comfortable and warm and they made sure we efe well hydrated considering the heat. The day everything we needed, we got to see Putrajaya and venture into Malacca. Tommy knows all the best pictures spots which made the time we had in the places even more enjoyable. There was 4 of us total for our tour and we got to know the others well. I would definitely recommend as a way to see both places efficiently in one day.

I wanted to visit Malacca during my business trip to Kuala Lumpur, so I signed up for this tour that allows solo travelers. The listed departure time was in the morning, but perhaps because Friday is a day of prayer for Muslims, we departed at noon and returned to Kuala Lumpur late at night. I was grouped with other Japanese participants via LINE. Our guide, Felix, was very kind and efficiently took us to photo spots, where he took great pictures for us. Once we arrived in Malacca, he also took us to a Nyonya restaurant for dinner, which was quite beautiful and had a lovely atmosphere. When I mentioned I wanted to go to Tan Kim Hock, he took us there as well. I believe this tour is the only way to visit so many places in such a short amount of time.

This day tour to Malacca was fulfilling and wonderful. Our driver and tour guide, Patrick, was simply the best. He efficiently guided us to the sightseeing spots, took many photos for us at the best locations, and enthusiastically shared historical stories. Thanks to Patrick, we were able to enjoy a fantastic tour in a short amount of time.

Today I participated in a day trip to Malacca, and I was very lucky to be led by Patrick Koike, the driver and guide. The overall experience is really worthy of a five-star rating! In one day, he took us to visit nearly 40 attractions. The itinerary was full but not rushed. In addition to detailed and vivid oral explanations, Patrick also thoughtfully shared written materials and videos, allowing us to have a more three-dimensional and in-depth understanding of Malacca's historical background. What was especially touching was that when visiting the Malacca Straits Mosque, we needed to pay to rent headscarves to enter, but we didn't have any Malaysian Ringgit on us, so we were planning to give up the visit. Patrick felt that we had come from afar, and it would be a pity not to go in, so he took the initiative to pay the rental fee for us. This thoughtfulness and enthusiasm was really touching and appreciated! During the car ride, he also introduced the history, culture, cuisine, education system, and lifestyle of the local people in Malaysia in detail. The content was rich and in-depth, making the whole trip not just a superficial look, but a real in-depth understanding of this city. I sincerely recommend Patrick Koike as a driver and guide. He is professional, enthusiastic, and attentive, allowing us to have an unforgettable and fulfilling trip to Malacca.

We had an absolutely wonderful day trip to Putrajaya and Malacca! From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Our driver and guide, Steven, was truly excellent. He greeted us warmly, made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. Steven went above and beyond — he didn’t just drive us from one spot to another, he also patiently took beautiful photos of me and my wife at each location. The pictures turned out amazing and will be memories we cherish for a lifetime. The itinerary gave us plenty of time to explore, take in the sights, and enjoy the local atmosphere without feeling rushed. Steven was attentive, friendly, and always made sure we were having a good time. We really appreciated his professionalism and kind nature. Overall, we loved every moment of the trip and would highly recommend both this experience and Steven’s guiding to anyone visiting Malaysia. It was a perfect way to explore Putrajaya and Malacca in one day.

Driver and tour guide Koike provided excellent service. He is fluent in both Chinese and English and explains the historical background of each attraction. This shared tour was in a 7-seater vehicle with only two groups, totaling four tourists, so the ride was very comfortable and not crowded. We visited all the attractions that were described. The pink mosque and Malacca Mosque were very sunny, but great for taking photos. Remember to prepare sun protection if you participate. Five-star recommendation.

They pick you up from the hotel. Communication is frequent, and there's a group chat on WhatsApp with the travel agency staff and the driver, which is reassuring because it's not just a one-on-one conversation. Since I was the only participant this time, they took me right to the restaurants I wanted to go to when I sent them the locations. In Malacca, they were considerate and told me to wait at a certain point because the parking lot was far away. Above all, it's difficult to go to the mosque on your own, so the fact that it was included in the tour package was a major selling point. The price is a bit high for Malaysian prices, but I recommend it as a tour with excellent service and flexibility.

This was a very satisfying tour! My friend and I participated, and this time, we were the only two on the tour, which made it easy to enjoy. I am very satisfied with the entire itinerary arrangement. After registering, the local agent immediately contacted me about the transfer details. On the day of the trip, the driver and guide, Master She, arrived near the hotel early in the morning to contact me. Every attraction afterwards was arranged very smoothly. Lunch also included taking us to eat Nyonya cuisine, and he also introduced a lot of local information, making our day fulfilling. I appreciate the hard work of the driver and guide and the full attention of the local reception throughout the entire journey.

From the hotel pick-up to the return trip, our guide, Xiao Li (Li Jianxiong), was very considerate, sending information about each attraction to our phones. We love taking photos, and the guide showed us great photo spots. We also met some lovely friends during the trip. We had a wonderful trip to Malaysia! 🥳
