Klook Gold Coast Hot Air Balloon Experience with Sparkling Wine

What a great experience! The shuttle arrived at the hotel right on time. It took about an hour to get up the mountain, and it was really cold in Australia during winter mornings and evenings, so we had to dress warmly. The staff were very nice and efficient; we were airborne in no time! Everyone was so excited after takeoff, floating around and seeing lots of forest animals. Looking down from above, everything looked like tiny LEGOs, just like playing with toys when I was little. The world is truly vast, and humans are so small! There was a small incident: when we were packing up at the end, my phone fell out of my pocket into the folded hot air balloon. The staff didn't mind at all and helped me look for it. Thankfully, another group member found it. I'm so grateful! 🥹

The team contacted me a day ago to confirm pick up time and location once again just because we staied at Hilton, center of surfers paradise, it can get messy is the middle of night. To keep safe, the team asked me to stay in the lobby. The driver, Richard, arrived early to pick me up that day. He is a funny guy and very professional, he explained what will happend, some safety guidelines. when we arrived the hot air ballon site, the whole team is setting up things. The team is professional, the one drive the ballon is very experienced, giving us a steady ride.

I went the day before the July 4th Gold Coast Marathon. It wasn't cold in the air, but the bus rides there and back, and the time spent waiting to board after arriving, were chilly, so warm clothing is necessary. The experience was wonderful. My daughter and I had a great experience, made wonderful memories, and the aerial photos were also fantastic.

It was very cold early in the morning. When it was time for the day's activity, the driver was a bit delayed. I was very nervous at the time because I didn't have any contact information, so I sent many customer service messages and even made an international call. Fortunately, the driver arrived shortly after, and it turned out to be a false alarm. After that, the hot air balloon activity went very smoothly. With the great weather and even seeing the sunrise, it was a perfect ending. I highly recommend this activity.

A must try experience! We got on the hot air balloon before sunrise and managed to get amazing views! The staff were all very nice and helpful and they took amazing pictures which we got back in a timely manner. Our pilot Stuart was really informative and kept the atmosphere in the balloon alive.

The team was very professional, and it was an unforgettable experience. They were punctual with pickups and drop-offs, provided very clear instructions, and ensured a safe and comfortable journey. It was definitely worth it to enjoy the Australian sunrise.

A fantastic hot air balloon experience!!! All the crew members are nice, professional and helpful. The view was spectacular during the process. We saw kangaroos, cows, sheep and donkeys. It’s so peaceful to see the quiet nature in the morning and the sunrise. After we landed, it’s fun to walk into the balloon and work together to fold the huge balloon into a bag. The trip wrapped up with everyone enjoying a glass of champagne or orange juice. Will definitely recommend this trip to friends and family!

We experienced a wonderful journey! The tour guide (also the driver) and the pilot (my apologies for forgetting their names...) were super friendly and helpful. They also took extra care of two elderly people in the group, which is very much appreciated. The picture shows the other hot air balloon by the same company, we took off at slightly different time. I have to say that's the best sun-rise I've ever seen!! The panoramic view up in the air is really stunning! I highly recommend the use of a 360 camera for this trip!

Matt picked us up on time at 3.45am. The bus ride to the departure point was pleasant. The balloon ride itself was awesome! Flight was smooth and the experience was beyond words. Pilot Stuart was highly experienced. The flight ended with a champagne and orange juice for the kids. Kids have fun keeping the balloon. Thanks for giving us a memorable trip!

Initially, I was a bit nervous, so I thought I would receive pre-departure instructions again, even though all the information was clearly written in the order details. I was nervous until the very last moment. Fortunately, the bus arrived very punctually, and the whole process went smoothly. The hot air balloon experience was absolutely amazing! Both the tour guide and the pilot gave very detailed explanations throughout the trip, which made me feel very safe. The tour guide also spoke Chinese, which allowed my daughter to know what to expect and what was happening. The pilot even thoughtfully recommended that we let our daughter look at the scenery through the small window or sit on the center armrest. If you ever go to the Gold Coast, I highly recommend experiencing a hot air balloon ride. It's absolutely fantastic and worth it!
