One-day tour to Shuangqiao Valley, Mount Siguniang, Western Sichuan

A driver will come to the hotel to pick us up and take us to the meeting place to go to the scenic spot. It is very suitable to sign up for this tour in one day, and it is worth recommending.

This travel agency has very good service, after placing an order, there will be a customer service email to contact us. In order to better communicate, we will add WeChat contacts. The tour guide and the driver will add my WeChat contact the day before departure to deal with the second day's travel matters. The driver will send the WeChat of the hotel where we live. The driver will wait for us at the hotel gate at 5:30 in the morning, take us to the meeting place, and then start the tour. The tour guide is also very good and takes good care of us. He is afraid that we will not speak Chinese, so he patiently uses software to translate for us. The scenery of Siguniangshan is really beautiful.

The drive was very long, taking 4 to 4.5 hours each way. However, the scenic area was beautiful, and the 5 hours of touring time was just barely enough. An extra hour would have been better, but then we would have returned to Chengdu too late. The tour guide provided all necessary reminders along the way, but unfortunately, didn't really introduce the attractions or the local customs and culture of Western Sichuan. It felt like the guide didn't have much presence. Traveling isn't just about seeing the scenery; I also want to learn about the history, customs, or unique aspects of different places. This could be improved in the future.

The trip was very happy, the scenery of this trip was very beautiful, the tour guide and driver were very responsible, they took good care of us, very enthusiastic, a great trip.

The female guide on yesterday's Usuguni Mountain trip was impressive, leading the group with wit and confidence. It was great to see. Along with enjoying the famous mountain, I wish the excellent guide good fortune in her tourism career.

Tour guide Ah Ren explained everything very carefully. The scenery in the scenic area is beautiful, and we drove straight up. Then we slowly rode the car and took pictures, which is very suitable for family trips. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

Tour guide was informative. Scenery is nice

Paid for a better bus (nanny bus) but the airflow of the bus is atrocious with stuffy air and aircon is not cold. My seat had a hot air exhaust fan sort of system which had a metal exterior. It was scorching hot like a steam iron and my leg was accidentally burnt multiple times when I fell asleep. Other factors included the tour guide/staff in the morning , telling us that it’s going to rain at the mountains and asked us to purchase marked-up priced raincoats which we did. But there was no rain and it was bright and sunny throughout. This same staff also told us to buy food to eat as there’s no breakfast provided. But this tour package mentioned a breakfast service but none was provided. Worst experience ever.
