Good to know

  • There are many monkeys in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Please do not approach them closely or touch any wild animals on the mountain to avoid injury.
  • Please do not climb randomly within the scenic area. Once inside the scenic area, free environmentally-friendly shuttle buses provide transportation between attractions. These are not private buses for individual groups. The scenic area is often crowded, so please be sure to meet at the locations designated by your guide to avoid getting separated and losing your belongings.
  • On the environmentally-friendly shuttle bus, please understand that during peak season, queues may occur due to the large number of visitors.
  • During peak season, Tianmen Mountain experiences high traffic volume, and queues may occur when entering the park and transferring. Please be patient. Your guide will arrange entry as quickly as possible.
  • Due to Tianmen Mountain's strict real-name ticket purchase policy, visitors must bring their original ID card. Visitors aged 16 and above must bring their second-generation ID card. Children should bring their household registration booklet.
  • If the glass walkway is closed for any reason, the scenic area will not provide any compensation, and passage is prohibited.
  • The glass walkway is located on a cliff with steep terrain. If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, are intoxicated, or have any other health conditions that make you unsuitable for the tour, please do not attempt it.
  • Regarding accommodation: The default arrangement is a twin room, with two adults per room. This tour does not offer room sharing. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase one "Single Room Supplement." A single room will be arranged for solo travelers. For three adults traveling together, purchase one additional "Single Room Supplement" to arrange two rooms for you.
