The 2-night, 3-day Siguniang Mountain trekking tour (Changping Valley - Bipeng Valley) could not proceed due to circumstances at Siguniang Mountain Park. I believe Klook should automatically issue a refund, but the local travel agency Klook connected me with is telling me to request a refund from Klook. It seems there's an issue with Klook's refund system. I request a refund as soon as possible.
