As th soft seater was booked we were given an option to upgrade to sleeper. This was absolutely worth it. It was so clean and tidy even the washrooms were clean. We were personally informed by the train attendant about our station arriving. This was absolutely worth it. A must Try!

-The lower bunk is wide and comfortable to sit on. -There is a small coffee table to place water/belongings on. -There are employees selling water/snacks in rounds. -It takes 6 hours from Da Nang to Dong Hoi.

We had booked the soft-seat option, thinking that the train will be clean and tidy. However, it was completely opposite of that, the train was dirty and smelly! The train was late too. Overall the experience wasn’t good! Would recommend booking the sleeper as it is much cleaner and does not smell and not noisy too!
