-Pick-up service range: We offer pick-up service from hotels in Zhangjiajie city (Yongding District), bus stations, train stations, and the High-speed Railway West Station. For areas outside the designated pick-up area, we can provide pick-up service, or you can arrange your own transportation to the meeting point or pay an additional fee for pick-up. The exact amount will be communicated and confirmed with you by our customer service after the order is confirmed.
Time arrangement: The group tour departs around 7:00 AM and usually ends around 6:00 PM, after which you will be dropped off back at your hotel or the original pick-up point. We will inform you of the meeting time again the day before the tour. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time.
