- Your tour guide will contact you around 20:00 (8:00 PM) the day before your tour via SMS or phone to confirm the departure time for the following day. Please keep your phone accessible. If you do not receive an SMS or phone call, please contact your travel butler.
- If the "闽南传奇秀" (Minnan Legend Show) attraction is closed due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment upgrades, renovations, or maintenance, the 老院子民俗风情园 (Laoyuanzi Folk Culture Village) / 闽南传奇秀 (Minnan Legend Show) will be changed to 灵玲国际马戏城动物王国 (Lingling International Circus City Animal Kingdom) / 大闹天宫演艺秀 (Havoc in Heaven Performance Show).
- Lunch will be arranged at a contracted group restaurant. There are shops selling local products around the restaurant, but these are not designated shopping stops. Please purchase items with caution.
- If you wear glasses, please prepare a glasses string to prevent your glasses from falling off during activities. You can make one yourself!
- If possible, please prepare a set of spare clothes, which can be stored free of charge.
- Adults should accompany seniors and children to take care of them! Children under 90CM, seniors over 70 years old, pregnant women, and people with heart disease, high blood pressure, or other conditions that are not suitable for boat trips are not recommended to participate in the sailing experience.
- It is recommended to bring common travel items such as motion sickness patches, Zhengqi Water, sunscreen, wind oil, and mosquito repellent.
- If sailing is affected by force majeure, a refund of 40 RMB per person will be issued.
- Gulangyu Island offers a wide variety of local products for guests to purchase at their discretion (these are not tourist agency shopping points, please do not misunderstand).
- Tour guides are not allowed to use megaphones on Gulangyu Island, a World Cultural Heritage site. To ensure that tourists can better hear the tour guide's explanations and to prevent guests from getting separated or lost in the island's many alleys, wireless headsets are available for rent (20 RMB/person).
- The specific island entry time and dock will be based on the online booking. Gulangyu ferry tickets require real-name registration, so please bring the identification document you provided when placing your order (i.e., if you used your ID card when placing your order, please bring your ID card; if you used your passport, please bring your passport). Children under 1.2 meters must purchase a free ticket, please bring the Hukou (household register) or birth certificate to exchange for a ticket at the ferry window. If the documents do not match, you may not be able to board the ferry and may incur losses for the ferry ticket. Please be aware and understand this.
- During the trip, shared rides will pick up passengers in the order of their hotels. If you are not picked up at the first stop, please be patient and wait 10-20 minutes past the agreed time.
- Regarding tickets: Includes the first entrance ticket for the attractions listed. All ticket costs are internal package agreement prices for the travel agency. There are no additional fees for the elderly or discounted ticket refunds in Xiamen. For example, military personnel, teachers, tour guides, disabled people, and other special groups are also not eligible for discounted ticket refunds.
- Regarding children: The children's fee we charge includes transportation costs. Entrance tickets are at your own expense. It is recommended to purchase tickets locally based on height. Please inform the tour guide in advance if you have a student ID. Gulangyu Island has a limit on the number of people allowed on the island. Ferry tickets must be booked in advance, and price differences or additional tickets cannot be added after booking. If a child's height exceeds 1.5 meters, we must be notified in advance to purchase a full-price ferry ticket. If the guest provides incorrect information resulting in the inability to board the ship, the guest will be responsible for the consequences. Temporary ticket purchases for ferry tickets cannot guarantee that they will be consistent with the flights booked by our company.
- No refunds will be given for any complimentary items if they are not used.
- Because there is only one butler per group, the butler service is provided by telephone. If you have any questions or other concerns, you can call the butler's phone number, which will be provided to guests before departure.
