- Tourists should ensure they are in good health and that their physical condition allows them to complete the trip. Those under 2 years of age, 75 years of age or older, those with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or visual or hearing impairments, those who should not travel long distances, those with pre-existing medical conditions or physical disabilities are not suitable for participation. Any consequences resulting from concealment will be borne by the tourist.
- The scenic area implements a real-name ticket booking system. Visitors enter the scenic area by scanning their ID cards, which must be carried with them during the trip. The tourist is responsible for any losses due to forgetting or losing the ID card, resulting in the inability to visit the scenic area or check into the hotel.
- The tourist is responsible for any personal, property, or itinerary losses caused by any public transportation. If a tour participant requests to leave the group after departure, a refund will be issued for any unspent expenses after consultation. If the tourist's itinerary changes due to reasons not attributable to our company, we will not compensate for the reduced portion, and the tourist will be responsible for the increased expenses.
- Please understand the weather and geographical conditions of the destination in advance and prepare commonly used warm clothing, heatstroke prevention, sunscreen, rain gear, and commonly used medicines. Please pay attention to personal and property safety during the trip (when getting on and off the vehicle, during the journey, in the hotel, in the scenic area, at the dining location). Scenic areas contain dangerous areas such as steep slopes, dense forests, cliff paths, and rapids, so please pay attention to the prohibition signs and do not venture into these areas.
- Rest stops and toilet breaks will be provided along the way during the journey. Please actively prepare small bills for payment. Rest after meals, hotel rest, and free activities indicated in the itinerary are all free time, during which tourists are responsible for their own property and personal safety. Please pay attention to safety and do not participate in activities that violate national laws or are not suitable for participation.
- There are tourist souvenirs, commemorative photos, and local specialties sold at the stop points along the way. These are not provided by our company, especially those sold by private vendors, which are not within our control. If interested, tourists should make their own judgment. Any purchase is their personal behavior, and the tourist shall bear any consequences.
- Please respect the life and beliefs of local ethnic minorities and avoid conflicts with local residents. For safety reasons, it is not advisable to go out alone at night. In the event of a force majeure event causing a delay, our company will assist in making arrangements, and the tourist will be responsible for the resulting additional expenses.
- Unauthorized departure from the group during the trip without consultation will be regarded as a breach of contract by the tourist. The unfinished portion will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and our company will not refund any fees and will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the tourist as a result. The travel agency is not responsible for any safety issues that occur after leaving the group.

- The tour guide has the right to adjust the order of the included attractions without reducing the attractions in the guest’s itinerary. - In the remote areas of western Hunan, most tourist attractions have many mountains and forks in the road. Do not go out alone. Consult with the tour guide before going out. Dress should be light and comfortable. The weather has been changing recently, with occasional showers, so rain gear must be carried at all times. This itinerary involves a long bus ride, and some areas have poor road conditions, so those who are prone to motion sickness should prepare relevant medicines. Zhangjiajie and most attractions are special non-smoking areas, so you should ask the tour guide before smoking.

Some domestic hotels may not provide free disposable items, so please bring your own.
