Angkor Wat Sunrise Full-Day Temple Experience

first things first.... be prepared to sweat more than you have ever sweated before!! Our guide Noun was awesome. he had the most infectious laugh and knew a lot about the area and Cambodia history and culture. the sunrise was gorgeous and to get the best picture don't go down to the water at first. the sun is seen better from the rock seats and then head down for your reflection photo. make sure you either pack snacks or eat at the restaurant because it is a very very long morning. 100% recommend to do whilst in Siem Reap.

We enjoyed our tour, especially our guide was fun to be with. He got lots of information and we learned a lot from him. Kudos to Guide Noun!

Start your day early to catch the sunrise at Angkor Wat, then explore Angkor Thom and the Bayon Temple's Khmer smiles. In the afternoon, visit the jungle ruins of Ta Prohm Temple, connecting several ancient temples. Conclude your day by climbing Bakheng Mountain for a sunset view, experiencing the core ancient sites of Angkor all in one day.

They are very kind and explain things very well! Even if you are late, they wait for you and come looking for you. I would like to go on a tour with them again next time.

It was supposed to be a small tour, but there were two buses. The hotel pick-up was also 20 minutes late. We were walking in the dark with a large group to the sunrise spot, so I was worried that we would get separated. Some people left at some points, so we had to wait. The breakfast venue only accepted cash, and we had to order. The hotel prepared a breakfast box for us.

I was impressed by the air-conditioned bus. It covered the main areas in a short time. The walking distance was quite long and it was hot, so it was tough for an elderly person like me. There was also a break for a meal, which took more than an hour.
