📍 Reservation and Meeting Point Information

• This tour requires a minimum of 2 people per departure date to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, you will be notified of the tour’s cancellation no later than 7 days before departure, and any unfulfilled bookings will be canceled.
• Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals will be considered a “No Show,” and no refunds will be issued.
• All important notifications will be sent via Email. Please check your inbox regularly to avoid missing critical information.

🚗 Tour and Transportation Arrangements

• This is a shared day tour in Japan, and you will be joining other international travelers. Please adhere to the meeting time and group pace.
• The vehicle type will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day. Specific vehicle types cannot be requested, thank you for your understanding.
• The itinerary may be adjusted in sequence due to traffic or weather conditions. Please follow the instructions of the tour staff.
• Tour staff will provide assistance in Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean. However, specific language requests cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.

🦊 Zao Fox Village Visiting Guidelines

• The Fox Village is located within a forest. While walking, foxes may approach, follow, or tug at clothing. Please pay special attention to your personal safety and belongings.
• All foxes in the village are free-roaming animals. There is a risk of being bitten, so please do not actively touch or feed them.
• Each adult is limited to bringing one child of pre-school age into the village. Please comply with the park's regulations.

🧳 Luggage and Participation Requirements

• Participation is not recommended for infants under 2 years old or individuals with limited mobility. This tour does not provide infant car seats or barrier-free facilities.
• If you need to bring large luggage or have train connection needs, please indicate this when booking, and we will assist with arrangements as possible.
