Reviews
We struggled on going into the ski resort. no tour guides were included on the trip and no one tells us if we need to go down on the bus or if we're already on the destination. We are foreigners and first timers so we can't understand japanese as well. We arrived into the next destination 1 hr away from iwatake ski resort (which is what we booked) and waited for more than one hour for the shuttle bus to bring us to iwatake ski resort. we paid another ¥800 each for the bus transfer. When we arrived at iwatake ski resort, we paid another ¥500 each for the ski equipment rental, which we thought was included on the tour package. it was quite frustrating because on the klook package it says that the ski equipments were included but its not.
