The proposed tour is not valid for the selected period because the parks are closed from May 16th to October 16th. The operator informed me the day before, but the cancellation deadline has passed! I contacted customer service multiple times to request a refund. To date, Klook has not issued any refund. It's worth noting that Viator or GetYourGuide do not offer this tour because it is not valid during this period. I had previously encountered this issue with the Surin Islands, which are also inaccessible during this time. I realized it in advance and was able to cancel in time. Despite proving my good faith, I received an email stating that Klook has closed the case. I continue to follow up with them, but it is very difficult because there is no link to contact them.
