I'm not sure if it was because it wasn't a holiday, but the whole experience, from the moment I walked in until the end, felt very rushed. The front desk hurried me to redeem my voucher, and the massage therapist rushed me to change clothes. The massage therapist's technique was good, but maybe it was just because it was a busy day and there were a lot of customers, so they were working on a tight schedule. The entire process felt hurried, which made it hard to relax.
