Overall is a good experience except the coming back from Hangzhou to Shanghai , we are asked to buy our own tickets . After clarification, the operator paid for our train tickets. they are prompt in service especially our tour guide , 国庆, take care of us during the trip , explained the tourist place interest well and the water town is impressive . He did not asked for good review compared to other guides that I have taken tour with Klooks . Thumbs up for his professional service .

Our guide Xiaofang is very good. We know beforehand this is a Chinese-speaking tour (we can’t speak Chinese), but she tried to explain to us in english, and took a very good care of us. Overall the itinerary and hotel was also good. Would recommend this to people who go to Shanghai!

Amazing Experience! Highly Recommend! The booking process was simple, and the team was very responsive to all of my questions. The itinerary was perfectly planned. The local guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we had a deep understanding of the history and culture of each location. Transportation was comfortable and always on time. The group was small enough to feel intimate, but large enough to meet interesting people. Overall, this tour exceeded my expectations. Pros: • Well-organized and smooth logistics • Knowledgeable and friendly guides • Beautiful destinations and great accommodations Cons: • None! Would do it again in a heartbeat.
