greaaatt!! the driver was so helpful, two thumbs up 😃😃
the car was really good, the driver was nice, great time in harbin 😃
the driver brought us to places of our choice. everything went well until he asked for extra charges for the mileage consumption in which surprises us. i thought the said charges will only incur if we exceed our time..
the same driver who did our previous charter service..and this time he did not ask for charges for extra mileage, but for parking fees! he did not even informed us ahead that the place where he parked the car has fees, and i never expect that we will be the one to pay for them! despite that he brought my family to our desired attractions, we are deeply upset and dissppointed by his aggressive behavior by asking too much unnecesssry fees and charges in which they were not part of the booking terms and conditions! the local operator should orient their drivers well on how to treat their customers with courtesy and respect as we are paying for them and prices are not quite cheap, for your information!
