I recieve a email that advices my transfer was canceled and I can only receive a voucher for my next visit if I come back in year, a refund should be given

Are you kidding me? I understand that the boat was canceled due to the weather, but I can't accept offering a voucher instead of a refund. Whether Klook, who did not provide prior information about it, should take responsibility or get a refund from the seller.
