The tour guide's explanation is very professional, but there are not many places to visit, only the royal lounge is special, and you can watch the rehearsal of the performance that night. The cakes in the cafe are also very good, you can eat them after visiting.

Redemption is through Door 12 (stated on the voucher). 10% off for food at the cafe. Eclair was good. Tour was 1 hour. Bring you along the corridor, beside the stall where the Royal Family sit(no photos allowed for their stall), the room where the Royal Family socialise, dress and arrive(one of the chairs the Queen sit!). Also bring us to the higher level, the Gallery i think. Tour guide provided us facts, ect about the Hall. Magnificent view.
