Mas Made Dwi, our Mount Batur jeep driver, was absolutely amazing — polite, friendly, and very proactive. He ensured we were comfortable throughout the ride, brought us to the perfect sunrise spot, and even helped us take stunning photos with great angles and lighting. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving his guests the best experience possible. Highly recommended for anyone planning the Mount Batur sunrise trip! Mas Ade, who picked us up from our hotel and drove us around Kintamani, also deserves a big shoutout. He was punctual, courteous, and incredibly hospitable — making the whole journey smooth and enjoyable. He made sure we were well taken care of and even shared local insights along the way, which added so much to our experience. Both drivers made our day trip seamless and memorable.
