📍 Reservation and Meeting Information

  • This tour requires a minimum of 2 people to operate on the same date. If the minimum number is not met, you will be notified of the tour’s cancellation no later than 7 days before departure, and any unfulfilled bookings will be canceled.
  • Please arrive at the designated meeting location 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
  • All important notifications will be sent via Email. Please check your inbox regularly to avoid missing critical information.

🚗 Tour and Transportation Arrangements

  • This tour is a shared day trip in Japan and will be joined by other international travelers. Please adhere to the meeting time and group pace.
  • The vehicle type will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day. Specific vehicle types cannot be requested, thank you for your understanding.
  • The order of the itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic or weather conditions. Please follow the instructions of the staff on board.
  • On-site staff will provide assistance in Chinese/English/Japanese/Korean, but specific language requests cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.

🧳 Luggage and Participation Requirements

  • We do not recommend participation for children under 2 years old or individuals with mobility issues. This tour does not provide infant seats or wheelchair accessible facilities.
  • If you need to bring large luggage or have train connection needs, please specify this when booking, and we will assist with arrangements as possible.
  • The tour will include stops at local product shops for shopping. Some stores may not accept credit cards, so we recommend preparing Japanese Yen in cash for purchases.
  • The tour includes visits to breweries and sake tasting activities. Individuals under 20 years of age or those who will be driving are not allowed to consume alcohol. Please cooperate with the on-site regulations.
  • When visiting religious sites (such as shrines and temples), please respect local customs, avoid loud noises and refrain from taking pictures in prohibited areas. We recommend dressing appropriately.

👟 Clothing and Meal Recommendations

  • Recommended attire: comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking and taking pictures during the tour.
  • Lunch is at your own expense, so please budget accordingly and choose your meal. Staff can provide basic assistance, but if you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please be sure to check the ingredients and choose carefully.

🌊 SUP Experience Information:

  • This activity is suitable for healthy adults. Pregnant women, individuals with heart or lung conditions, those who are feeling unwell, or those who have consumed alcohol are not allowed to participate. If you are 65 years of age or older, or are bringing preschool children, please contact us before booking to confirm.
  • Please wear clothing that can get wet and is easy to move in (swimsuits, athletic wear, quick-drying clothing are all acceptable). We also recommend wearing footwear that can be worn in the water (such as water shoes or sandals). Bare feet are not permitted. Please bring your own towel, change of clothes, sunscreen, and water.
  • Life jackets will be provided on site, and professional instructors will be present throughout the activity to ensure safety. In the event of inclement weather or unstable sea conditions, the activity may be canceled or the location changed. You will be notified separately or alternative arrangements will be made.
  • You will be required to complete a health declaration form upon check-in. If you have special needs such as equipment rental or group bookings, please specify them when booking.
