• For safety purposes, it is not recommended for women more than 6 months pregnant, children aged 0-0, and anyone that has servere medical condition to participate in this activity
• Infants must sit on laps
• The unique terrain of Lower Antelope Canyon guided tour requires guests to be able to climb moderately steep ladders with minimal assistance.
• Children age 6 and under require to use the car seat during the trip. Please have your own car seat/booster if possible or contact tour operator in advance for the help.
• For safety and communication purposes during the trip, a reachable phone number is necessary for participants.
• For individual special needs, we may not be able to guarantee it. For special reasons, please confirm with the tour operator whether your special request is feasible after your booking is confirmed.
• Please select your pick-up hotel when booking. If you haven't decided on your pick-up location yet, you can update it later. However, please note that you must contact us to update your pick-up information or do so yourself at least 3 days before the tour date. Important: Failure to provide or update the pick-up location prior to the departure date may impact your ability to join the tour. The company will not be responsible for any missed tours, and fees paid will not be refunded.
• Although extremely unlikely, Antelope Canyon may close due to unforeseen extreme weather conditions. We will not be alerted until we approach the canyon.
• Due to Extreme heat in the summer; it’s essential to stay hydrated, please ensure to prepare enough water and drink plenty of water throughout the day and bring Sunscreen.
• Please wear suitable clothes and shoes, UMBRELLAS AND HATS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED (some rocky parts, stairs, gravel).
• Itinerary change notice: During the closure of the Lower Antelope Canyon 01/13/2025 to 01/26/2025, we will visit X Antelope Canyon.
• Pickup time may differ from voucher start time. Confirm with operator after booking. Check “Meeting & Pick-up” for details. Arrive 5–10 mins early.
• To ensure children’s safety, Antelope Canyon X has a clear policy: children aged 0–8 must be accompanied by a guardian who brings their own child safety seat. Visitors without a safety seat will not be allowed to participate in the tour. Guardians are kindly requested to prepare the safety seat in advance. If a safety seat is not available, please contact the tour operator at least two days before the tour to arrange a rental.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
