Sapporo Car Rental with Driver: Biei, Furano, Noboribetsu, Lake Toya

All good. Our driver Yang took us to all the good spots and could speak English well. He was also flexible and let us make the most out of our time. I would suggest to not visit the bear park next time as it seems to be in poor inhumane condition, and overcrowded. The other stops in Noboribetsu and Toya were beautiful even on a gloomy day.

We visited Sapporo from Chicago and had a limited amount of days so we booked this van to make a bunch of trips in one day. Our driver made our day. She reached out a head of time to make sure we were good to go. She arrived early. She accomodated last minute requests and helped us a lot. We were with family from Vietnam who had never seen snow before and our driver even pulled over in safe place in the mountains on our way to Lake Toya so we could show a little girl snow for the first time. Our driver was so sweet, great at driving through the moutains and amazingly spoke 3 languages. She even taught us more about Hokkaido skiing and golfing. The car was great, but the driver was exceptional and she is the reason we would book again if we came back.

Had a great time with our driver Yao! Super accommodating and helpful. We loved our private tour even in the rain — temples and shrines with sakura were beautiful. He even drove us back to the Music Box Museum so we could enjoy it longer. Thank you!
