Legend of Camel Bells in Xi'an. Show

When using Didi, if you mark it as Xi'an Huaxia Cultural Theatre, the drop-off location will be something that looks like a round dumpling, and on the right side you will see an aqua-colored pillar. Don't panic, look at the dumplings and go all the way to the left. After eating the dumpling and turning, you will see a large white pillar with a photo of your voucher. There is a ticket exchange booth with 101, 102, 103 written on it right on the right. If the door is closed, knock and it will open. But don't go too early. You can exchange it starting 40 minutes before the official opening and you don't need your passport. There are many restaurants - be careful because the diamond section at the very front will charge you for water. It was fun to watch from above, not early, but it was chaotic. If you don't know and get hurt, you will be surprised. The central A seats in Jang Han Ga are not that great, so I should have gotten the VVIP seats, and I think it was a good idea to get the third most expensive seat. (If you're unlucky, go to Jang Hanga, which is located in the central A-seokdosi area. The chairs are narrow and look like bathhouse chairs.) In terms of price, Camel Bell Sound wins by a landslide. Jang Hanga is bigger in scale, but... both are so scary that you'd probably have to pay over 200,000 won in Korea to get a seat.

They will sent a picture n where to collect your entry ticket, try to be early as they will restrict entry if u are too late. nice experience for the show and klook ticketing..

When purchasing, you need to provide your WeChat or WhatsApp ID. The local travel agent? will give you directions in English via the messenger on where to pick up your ticket. You need to have a phone number when you pick up your ticket on site. That local phone number is the travel agent's phone number. Just tell them your phone number at ticket box 102, receive your ticket, and enter. Everyone is friendly and nice!

The performance was very exciting and worth seeing. The ticket price booked on Klook is very cheap. If you book it yourself on the official website, there is no discount. If you join a local group, the discount ticket price is also very small. It is worth booking here.

This is quite convenient. If you need to go to the ticket counter to exchange your tickets, you only need to show your ID. Personally, I think the performance is very enjoyable.

The show itself was a spectacular display - many amazing elements (like the rotating audience stand to experience different stage scenes) and it was visually stunning - but there were many elements that were left to be desired. For example, getting in was much more difficult than imagined; the instructions indicated that we should go to a ticket window but there were no ticket windows to be found (other than for the ocean theme park across the way); we only needed to use the QR code. However, there were so many people pushing and shoving their way, it was really chaotic and disorganized, especially to find the seat (leaving was sihgnifficantly worse - staff did not help keep people in any kind of orderly manner so it felt like a zombie horde). I wish they had live singing and acting instead of lip-syncing; there were closed captions in English and Korean but only on the far sides of the seating area - so if you sat in the middle, you couldn't read them unless you craned your neck.

klook confirmed my booking but then the agent informed via whatsapp that it couldnt be booked due to change of policy. Although I contacted service center on 28 Feb to get my refund (the show was booked for 01 Mar), its been a week and no confirmation whatsoever regarding the refund was made. Nobody even contacted.

The Camel Bell Legend Show in Xi'an is very beautiful, but booking tickets through Klook is not recommended. Klook is just a platform, and the ticket is issued by a mainland supplier. When I go to the ticket pick-up window, I don't even look at the ID and only recognize the mobile phone number. It is obvious that I am on the Klook platform. I was asked to leave my mainland mobile phone number as a contact number, but the on-site ticket pick-up provider did give someone else’s mobile phone number to pick up tickets. It was really strange.
