What to expect
Enjoy introductory Muay Thai classes and learn basic information as well as the right techniques that will prepare you for more advanced maneuvers in the future. Have fun during this Muay Thai session and don’t worry if this is your first attempt. These beginner classes are adapted based on your fitness level and boxing skill. Ladies are more than welcome as well, as our classes are female-friendly. The classes are also suitable for children, making them a fun family activity.
Get handy tips and tricks from your professional instructors who will guide you through the entire duration of the class. Once you understand basic Muay Thai, your trainer will become your boxing partner to help you improve your technique.
Good to know
- This class is suitable for beginners, even for people who never did Muay Thai or boxing before. You can do the class at your own pace, but please note that the classes are rather intensive
- Wear comfortable shorts/sports outfit as you will move a lot

They start with proper stretching and warm-up exercises before getting started. There's no air conditioning, so you should stay well-hydrated. It was incredibly hot, but I was able to immerse myself in Muay Thai and it was a great experience. The instructor understood a little Japanese, so things went very smoothly. The klook system and course coaches are all great! The three stars for CP quality is because the system did not clearly state that ropes were not included for class and that you would need to purchase them. I only found out when I got to the site that I had to pay an additional 500 baht to purchase them. Another misunderstanding was that I contacted the supplier directly. The price provided by the supplier included the rope, and the price was the same as klook. There were 6 people in our group and we paid 3,000 baht more through the platform.
We had a great experience - this was our first class as beginners so we got to learn proper technique for the basics and practice it with a mix of bag and pad work. Good instructor, would definitely recommend

I really enjoy using my hands to actually experience the movements of boxing, including sandbags and speed balls, which are very interesting and addictive. I want to go back and look for opportunities to try again.
